Absolutely disgusting estate agent . Very poor customer service . He employed a contractor for my property who charged me close to 700 for one day job of putting curtain rods , kitchen blinds and fixing a ceiling light and the full amount was cut from my rent without any prior information to me . I was given fake receipts of material which could easily be 4 times of true value . The owner of the company kept changing his words about the contract . Despite paying full fee upfront I was not given all the documents.Dishonesty is the best word to describe this agent Stay miles away from it , you will end up regretting
