Best pet store in lewisham. Went to buy a hamster for my kids had to search around for someone to help and it seems to be the case every time i go there, don't knw if they wear uniform but can never find help when you want. We found this guy who was very helpful even though he didn't work in that section.
Really helpful people going above and beyond! Exotics and reptile guys all really nice and helpful. They give great advice, more knowledge then my veterinary lecturers!
This is my 'go to' place for pet supplies. Don't be fooled by the small looking exterior, this place is deceivingly large inside and caters for most pets.There is a large selection of Fish, tanks and accessories as well as kittens, rabbits, animal foods, toys, bedding etc.If you are looking for a new pet, this place has really helped me as there are always staff available and they're knowledgeable and friendly. I regularly take samples of my aquarium water which they willingly test for chemical composition completely free.Overall, they seem to be genuinely passionate about animals and the animals themselves look well cared for.
I did not visit just 3 weeks ago, I have been going there over 20 Years now. Best Pet Shop in South East London. Will always rate it 'Top Notch', in my book .
Brian and the rest of the staff are so helpful! Helped us with picking a snake, even set up the vivarium for us and went so far as ordering us a cab to get home! Would 100% recommend. Thanks guys!
