Bunch of scammers. Said they called my number and someone answered to cancel the order, which obviously didnt happen. I was charged for food that never arrived and they told Just Eat that they were denying a refund with no reason. Just Eat dealt with it very professionally and processed a refund from their side, while the staff in the restaurant kept trying to say that I cancelled my order over the phone. Never order from here if you dont want to waste time and money.
I have literally just ordered the chicken and mushroom pasta along with the tricolour salad and it has just arrived, the salad is mediocre and the same goes for the pasta. Not enough chicken and not enough mushroom, it is mainly penne pasta, I did request for them to add mushrooms and the man taking my order said he would and it came and they didnt add any mushrooms. I know this because I made the same order yesterday and received the same thing I have now which means its false advertising. I actually want a refund because they lied to me. I actually wish I could upload photos of this basic meal. It cost me 12.48 but I wouldnt even pay 5 for it. Lack of care was taken away I deliver it to, and the salad is so disappointing. There is no consistency with the meals. Its different amounts and quality each time. Where do I get a refund and how do I post photos so others know what not to buy.
Made an circa 40 order through the Just Eat app. The restaurant accepted the order. 1 hour and 30 mins later when I expected it to be delivered I received a call from Just Eat and not the restaurant saying they will not deliever the order. Very poor service. They should not accept the order if they will not deliver it!! If they do then they should not wait until 1.5 hours to cancel, they should have honoured the order and reduce their coverage area on the Just Eat app.
I have only had Pizza from here once or twice but saying that it was enjoyable and a pleasant eat. Would I go out of my way to eat a pizza from LA Parma? possibly not. FRANCO MANCA is where it's at and pretty much the same prices. I wouldn't say the pizza is awful though I guess some have been seriously unlucky.
