The whole process was much less stressful than I imagined, even though the purchase was not straight forward.Louise was great - when issues arose with linking up government buying schemes with the property and the seller's solicitor were dragging their feet Louise sorted it out like a BOSS.In short, we found cheaper services online (as with everything) but for the relatively small amount more to use a local conveyancer it was worth going to Beverly Morris.
