Black manager not customers services at all, I usually buy a lot staff from this franchise but never again. I went to get my Hugo Boss watch strap to be fixed because it was a present and this black manager instead of listening to my complain she screamed loud you damaged the strap lock system.!!! Accusing customers without a fact. And there is a warranty on this product and it was giving to me less than a month ago and from the beginning I told the person who gave it to me .this watch keeps coming loose due to security lock system. I had an argument with this woman in front of many customers, who by the way some people expressed to meet that she is always in bad mood. If she could look after customer the same way as she does with her nails it would be a great service. Never buy anything from there. Send her to do a customer services course. She is Rude ignorant and loud person.wrong for this branch.!!!!!!!!
