I havent received my smear results and it was in June... been waiting 40 minutes on the phone.. I was number 4 in the queue, now number 1... hung up after 1 hour waiting
Another infuriating visit. Received a text yesterday confirming my blood test appointment today at 11am. I had booked the appointment 3 weeks ago. Signed in electronically and was told to sit down. Waited 20 minutes and asked politely at reception. Was told rudely that the clinic was cancelled and that I had been contacted on my mobile and a voicemail had been left for me. Obviously I would not have come to a cancelled appointment and of course there was no voicemail To be perfectly honest it isnt the cancellation its the absolute bare faced rudeness and nasty attitude of the reception staff. If a mix up like this had happened in my clinical workplace we would have found someone to draw the blood.
The doctors are incredibly rude and unhelpful, I have been attending this clinic for a year about a condition that is undiagnosed and untreated due to poor doctors who dont care for there patients, my condition has gotten so serious that I am going to be forced to pay for a private doctor to ensure that I am actually treated and diagnosed correctly. The doctors are so poor to the point that they did not send my referral to the hospital for scans I had to email it to them myself 2 weeks later and the last time I was there the female doctors I saw rudley shouted at me "what do you want me to do about it", to which the response it "YOUR JOB" I do not see a doctor for a cup of tea and a chat I see them to stop myself being constantly unwell.

Specifically asked to not see a certain doctor. Waited 20 minutes past my appointment only to be invited in by that doctor. I explained that I had specifically asked for any other doctor and was introduced to the practice administrator who told me he could arrange an appointment some 2 hours later. I explained that, contrary to the practice's beliefs, I have better things to do than spend my life sitting in a doctor's surgery catching colds from other people.
