I have not had my hair cut here, and dont intend to after my initial phone call with them enquiring about an appointment. They were incredibly rude and blunt on the phone and made it clear my call was an inconvenience. Terrible customer service, and wouldnt trust them to cut my hair.

This woman is crazy!! I came in for treatment and straightening. She got in me into conversation and inaccurately blunt cut my BRA STRAP length hair to SHOULDER LENGTH before I stopped and asked what she was doing!! She actually said if I don't let her do my hair the way she wants then she's not doing it at all!! Bye Felecia!I literally had to run out with the front of my hair long and the back chin length! Can you imagine my distress! No apology. STAY AWAY! This woman is off her rocket.I have no clue what I'm gonna do now
