Great place. Excellent equipment and great space for training. The changing rooms are large and very clean!
Great range of equipment and classes. Can get busy but most equipment always available. Large changing room with lots of lockers & decent showers. Only downside is having 2 entry pods so can get a bit congested.
Very poor Gym, that's correct!Lack of basic machines but there are some that are repeated three times. If a machine breaks down, the waiting time for repairs is very very long.Lack of basic bars if you are the only one in the whole gym. Imagine 150 people inside trying to do their training!Very poor service, especially the Manager of the gym! Not recommended!!!
This gym has gone from being truly excellent when Soho gyms to ridiculously busy due to overselling of memberships and not capping them. If you try to go after work at a normal time - ie any time between 5pm and 9pm there is no equipment to use and you have to wait for anything and everything which makes an effective work-out extremely difficult. This puts you off going because instead of being a way of unwinding after a long day it's stressful and too busy. A massive disappointment. Especially to those of us who loved Soho gyms ambience and work-out environment so much. I have been a member of multiple pure gyms previously and never had this problem so they need to reduce memberships or increase the space!!
I'm not sure why people complain here. It's an absolutely normal gym, relatively cheap. It's spacious, not really packed in the evenings (could be worse). The staff is friendly but sometimes can be more responsive. The gym has everything you need and offer some classes as well.
