Do not buy from this place. After having the bed for a couple of days the bed broke so I spoke to the gentleman that works there to let him know the problem he firstly accused me of jumping on the bed when I am a 25 year old women. Then was very argumentative with me until finally agree to order the part that was broken he said he couldnt sort it until after the weekend and never got back to me after since after many phone calls. My partner has managed to fix the bed but it is very temperamental and often brakes often. This has caused us so much stress and the customer care that we received was appalling, the man is a con artist and just likes to take people hard earned money.
Unreliable delivery, not straight forward, poor customer services. Will never recommend this to even my enemy. I have ordered a bulk bed for my children for the past 3 months now still not deliver. No phone call, no update. I have to chase them with phone calls to get updates. Very depressing.
If I could give it no stars I would! DO NOT buy anything from here. I recently brought a matress and noticed underneath the plastic packaging there are dark marks all over. I have repeatedly tried to get this returned and the man keeps saying he will come to collect it on specific days and not turning up. These people are con artists and on top of that are rude and have terrible customer service.
Last year I bought a very comfortable bed and this year a mattress. Excellent prices, service and delivery.
What a load of s@*t I ordered a part for a bed 7 November 2017 and every day I call that rude b*%$*d says it aint come in recently hes been saying its on the lorry they will drop it off tomorrow the only reason why I aint gone for my refund as I gave birth recently. Will never use Catford beds again first and last quality a load of s@*t too.....Im fuming
