February 2018, just over on a short family visit from France, my car broke down and was towed back to Jump Start where the problem was promptly investigated at length, involving several hours work. The fault was serious, needing a replacement engine. I was surprised how helpful the garage was, doing everything possible to make a really difficult situation less stressful and charging so little for all their trouble. I was in a predicament that many other garages might well have exploited to their advantage.
