This is the worst nail bar ever. I will never return here no matter how desperate I am. The woman was rude and rushed the whole way through. She didn't top up the water when it was cold for my pedicure. And I paid for shellac and the next week it had chipped. I had about 3 different technicians working on me and they were all Terrible. DO NOT COME HERE
Absolutely disgusting experience . Took my daughter in to get her eye brows done and they took a chunk out . I can not believe the ladies response. All she said was my mistake . If my daughter didn't drag me out of there I wouldn't of been able to contain myself . Don't ever use them .branch was the one by main entrance near perfume sho
2weeks ago I received a full set with gel powder and omggg my nails and they still look sooo good, the polish, the shape etc all look amazing I also received a pedicure just before and was amazing. This was at one of the Lewisham branches (the one next to boots inside the shopping centre) definitely going back.
The worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done. The nail techican was careless and rushing, paying zero attention to detail. He cut my cuticles on 6 fingers one finger was bleeding quite badly. The set looked cheap and half done would definitely not recommend this place. (Lewisham branch)
I got my eyebrows threaded on Sunday morning. I had to stop the lady who was doing my treatment three times, due to the pain, which I have never had to do before. When I got home I realized she had cut the skin under my eyebrow on both sides quite badly, which is why it was so painful, but wiped it with Aloe Vera gel to clear the blood before I could see it. I have a black tie event on Thursday and I look ridiculous. I am very unhappy.
