Woman didn't even care enough to enter my correct address details. Now I have to go back in and sort this mess.
I went to the branch to withdraw some money from an account to deposit it in another. The cash machine inside didn't have any money so I had to come to the ones outside the branch to withdraw my money, when I tried to come back in to deposit my money they had closed the doora already and refused to open thw door (it was 15:59, 1 minute before they were supposed to close...)
I tried to open a bank account here and it was painful. I got mixed information from different staff and wasted time and patience. But at the same time, I got some apparently genuine sorry from a senior attendant after they finally accepted my application. They should be more welcoming to new clients. Hopefully, I will never need to go back to the branch and use services online.
One of the worst Lloyds brunches I've ever g been. Not only the available staff ignores customers as they walk in but also avoids helping out and to do what normally brunches are doing. Welcoming is absolutely terrific. Would not recommend anyone to visit this brunch and strongly advice to choose another one of you can.
